The areas of parks and playgrounds where children are present,
such as picnic areas, sports and playing fields, parking lots, concert
venues, etc., in the Municipality of Monroeville shall be designated
tobacco-free.
Appropriate signage will be posted designating tobacco-free
areas.
The community will be notified of this article.
Violators will be immediately ejected from the park or recreational
facility.
