A.
There shall
be an Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Department. The name of this
Department shall be "Lincoln Rescue Service." There shall be a Chief
and such other employees serving as fire/medic who shall be appointed
by the Town Administrator for an indefinite term.

B.
The Chief
shall be subject to removal by the Town Administrator, in accordance
with provisions of this chapter.

C.
All other
employees will be appointed and promoted in accordance with provisions
of this chapter and any further provisions contained within the collective
bargaining agreement between the parties.
