The conduct of games of bingo shall be allowed within the territorial
limits of the City of Galax, upon obtaining the required permit and subject
to the restrictions as set forth in Title 18.2, Chapter 8, Article 1.1, Code
of Virginia (§ 18.2-340.1 et seq.).
