- Ch DL Disposition List
The posting, tacking or taping of any signs,
handbills, posters or any printed material on any part of the stanchions,
sidewalk canopies or the planters within the Pike Plan area of Wall
Street and North Front Street in the City of Kingston, New York, be
and the same hereby is prohibited.
No part of this article shall be deemed prohibitive
of the existing signs placed by businessmen doing business at locations
within the Pike Plan area.
Any person who violates or knowingly permits
the violation of this article shall be deemed to have committed an
offense against this article and shall be subject to a fine of not
more than $25. Each separate offense shall constitute a separate additional
violation.
