The location and boundaries of the districts hereby established are set forth and indicated on a map entitled "Zoning Map," which map, properly identified and dated, is hereby adopted as a part of this chapter, insofar as it indicated said designations, locations and boundaries, and the same shall be deemed to be as much a part of this chapter as if the same were fully described herein. The Borough Secretary shall certify the Zoning Map as part of this chapter and keep it on file in his office.[1]

In interpreting the said map, the following rules shall apply:
A. 
Where such boundaries are indicated as approximately following the center lines of streets, alleys, railroads, waterways or the boundary lines of parks or other publicly owned land, such lines shall be construed to be such boundaries.
B. 
Where such boundaries are indicated as approximately following the lines of lots or other parcels of record without dividing same, such lot or parcel lines shall shall be deemed to be such boundaries.
C. 
Where a district boundary divides a parcel of land, the location of such a boundary is indicated by dimensions shown on the map.
D. 
Distances not specifically determined on the Zoning Map shall be determined by the Zoning Hearing Board.
Any changes in district boundaries or other matters shown on the Zoning Map, after adoption in the way and manner prescribed in Article XVI, shall be promptly made on the map, with a signed statement noting date and description of the change. The ordinance making the change shall provide for its immediate entry upon the Zoning Map.
