The hours of operation and days of operation will be as determined by the City Manager.
The following rules and regulations shall be in effect at all hours during the operation of the Brigantine miniature golf course, and any individual violating said rules may be asked to leave the Brigantine miniature golf course and will also be subject to being issued a summons for violating this chapter:
A. 
There shall be no consumption of alcoholic beverages at said miniature golf course.
B. 
No pets of any nature shall be allowed at said miniature golf course, including any dogs, cats, birds or other pets or animals of any kind. This subsection shall not apply to guide dogs or other animals used in assisting the physically or mentally challenged.
C. 
Proper attire is required at said miniature golf course, and no undressing or disrobing in any manner shall be allowed.
D. 
There shall be no throwing of any items, including balls, frisbees or other such items, and there shall be no throwing of the golf balls issued by said facility.
E. 
Only appropriate golf balls and golf clubs as issued at said facility may be used at said facility.
F. 
The hawking, peddling or sale of any goods, articles, wares or other merchandise or distributing of pamphlets or flyers at said facility shall be prohibited.
G. 
Patrons who act in a noisy or boisterous manner and continue to so act after being asked to stop will be considered in violation of this chapter and may be asked to leave the premises and also are subject to being issued a summons for being in violation of this chapter, whether or not they have completed their round of miniature golf.
H. 
The payment of a fee shall be for one round of miniature golf, and no player can complete said round and then continue to play additional holes at said facility.
I. 
No player may stand, jump on, hit or otherwise damage or deface any of the decorative features at the miniature golf course.
J. 
Players are prohibited from hitting the ball excessively hard or hitting the ball towards any other player.
K. 
No person shall be permitted to deface, place graffiti upon, mark or otherwise damage any portion of the miniature golf course.
L. 
No person shall use indecent, obscene or offensive language or gestures while at said miniature golf course facility.
M. 
If any person or group is playing at a pace of play that is causing considerable delay by other person(s) or groups of players, said person(s) or group may be asked by the attendant to skip a hole or holes so that the pace of play will not be substantially delayed for other players using the facility.
N. 
No person may throw the clubs issued by the facility or swing the clubs in any manner other then for striking the ball or practicing to strike the ball prior to hitting the same.
The fee for both adults and children shall be $4 per player. However, if any group or organization schedules a group event consisting of 10 or more players at least 48 hours in advance, then the cost per player for such group or event shall be $3 per player. The City of Brigantine reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to schedule, or not schedule, such groups or organizations depending upon the availability of playing time and anticipated number of players at the facility at any time.
Any person who shall be convicted of a first offense of a violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100 and community service of not more then 30 days, or both, in the discretion of the Municipal Court Judge. Any person convicted of second or subsequent violation of this chapter within a twenty-four-month period shall be subject to a fine up to $500 and community service of up to 90 days, or both, in the discretion of the Municipal Court Judge.
