Editor's Note: This ordinance renewed the franchise agreement originally
authorized 3-7-2007 by Ord. No. 2365 between the Borough and TCI of Pennsylvania,
Inc.
The Borough of Wilkinsburg hereby grants a nonexclusive franchise to
Comcast of California/Pennsylvania/Utah/Washington, Inc., to construct, operate
and maintain a cable television system in the Borough of Wilkinsburg, in accordance
with the franchise agreement which is attached hereto and which is incorporated
herein by reference, as though set out in full.[1]

The proper Borough officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said franchise agreement on behalf of the Borough.
