In order to safeguard the purity and potability of residential well
water, this article is adopted.
The standards for water quality testing performed on private residential
well water for wells located within the Town of Old Lyme shall meet the standards
established by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), as amended. Current
EPA standards shall be posted at all times in the office of the Director of
Health for the Town of Old Lyme.
