A. 
Traffic. No motor vehicle shall be driven within any park, except upon drives and parking lots provided for that purpose.
(1) 
No motor vehicle shall be driven within any park at speeds greater than those posted.
(2) 
No person shall park a motor vehicle in any park except in places designated therefor, unless ordered to so by a City official or an individual designated by a City official.
B. 
Disorderly conduct. No person shall engage in violent, abusive, indecent, profane, boisterous, unreasonably loud or otherwise disorderly conduct under circumstances in which the conduct tends to cause or provoke a disturbance.
C. 
Controlled substances. No person shall possess, use, offer for sale, or sell any controlled substance as defined, from time to time, by Wisconsin law.
D. 
Littering. No person shall place or leave any paper or refuse in any park except in the containers provided therefor.
E. 
Dangerous weapons.
(1) 
For purposes of this subsection, "dangerous weapon" means:
(a) 
Any firearm, whether loaded or unloaded;
(b) 
Any beebee or pellet-firing gun that expels a projectile through the force of air pressure, whether loaded or unloaded;
(c) 
Any crossbow or standard bow;
(d) 
Any device designed as a weapon and capable of producing death or great bodily harm; and
(e) 
Any other device or instrumentality which, in the manner it is used or intended to be used, is calculated or likely to produce death or great bodily harm.
(2) 
No person shall possess or discharge a dangerous weapon within a municipal park or recreation area.
Except during municipally sponsored events, or events authorized by the City via written permit, no person shall:
A. 
Park a motor vehicle anywhere in a City park between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
B. 
Enter, loiter, idle, occupy, or remain in a City park between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. unless he or she is attending a municipally sponsored or permitted event.
A. 
Personnel authorized by the Chief of Police may eject any person from all City parks for a period of time if that person violates park rules, City ordinances, or state laws while in a City park.
(1) 
Any person wishing to appeal the decision to suspend his or her park privileges may do so by filing an appeal with the Oconto Falls Municipal Court, provided that such appeal shall be filed not later than 30 days after the date of suspension.
(2) 
It shall be unlawful for a person to enter a City park during the time when his or her park privileges are suspended.
(3) 
It shall also be unlawful for a suspended person to enter a City park during the time his or her appeal is pending.
B. 
Parental violation. A parent, guardian, or other person having custody of an unemancipated minor child, who has been advised that the child's park privileges have been suspended, may be cited if the child continues to trespass pursuant to § 329-8A of this Code.
A. 
Definitions. As used in this section, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
ALCOHOL BEVERAGES
In either the singular or the plural, means fermented malt beverages and intoxicating liquor.
FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE
Any beverage made by the alcohol fermentation of an infusion in potable water of barley, malt and hops, with or without unmalted grains or decorticated and degerminated grains or sugar, containing 0.5% or more of alcohol by volume.
INTOXICATING LIQUOR
All ardent, spirituous, distilled or vinous liquors, liquids or compounds, whether medicated, proprietary, patented or not, and by whatever name called, containing 0.5% or more of alcohol by volume, which are beverages, but does not include fermented malt beverages.
MUNICIPAL PARK
Includes any park, playground, athletic field, beach or parking lot owned by, or under lease to, the City of Oconto Falls.
PROVIDING
To sell, give away, or otherwise make available an alcohol beverage.
B. 
Possessing, consuming, dispensing or providing. The possession, consumption, dispensing or providing of alcohol beverages in any municipal park is permitted, provided that there is compliance with each of the following conditions and restrictions:
(1) 
No individual, organization or legal entity may dispense or provide alcohol beverages in a municipal park without first applying to the City for, and obtaining, a special events license, which, if issued, shall have a duration to be determined by the City but, in no event, longer than five days;
(2) 
The dispensing or providing of alcohol beverages may be done only within the confines of a shelter house, pavilion or other similar structure, whether temporary or permanent, located in a municipal park, and at no other location;
(3) 
For purposes of Subsection B(2), the size, design, materials, and location of a temporary structure shall comply with requirements imposed by the City at the time a special events license is issued;
(4) 
From June 1 through August 31, inclusive, of each year, there shall be no possession, consumption, dispensing or providing of alcohol beverages in or at the East Side Park; and
(5) 
The possession of alcohol beverages on school grounds is regulated by § 125.09(2), Wis. Stats., as amended and/or renumbered from time to time, which provision is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference.

A. 
Duties of police. The Police Department shall be the primary party enforcing this chapter.
B. 
Responsibilities of patrons. No person shall resist or in any way interfere with any law enforcement officer in the enforcement of this chapter.
Every person using any City park shall obey immediately any lawful order or direction given by a law enforcement officer or City or park employees.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the forfeitures provided for in § 1-9 of this Code together with the costs of prosecution.
