It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to use or be upon the
Municipal Park located on Railroad Avenue near Central Avenue between the
hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., except any person or persons who have first
obtained written consent from the Commissioners of Ridgely.
Any person or persons violating this article shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof in a court of competent jurisdiction,
shall be punished by a fine of not exceeding $100 for any one offense or by
imprisonment not exceeding 60 days in the Caroline County Jail, or both fine
and imprisonment.
