Martin Sutton Memorial Park shall be open for public use between the
hours of sunrise and a time 30 minutes after sunset.
A.
Athletic organizations, civic groups or other persons wishing to use the park at hours which may extend beyond the hours the park is open for public use, as defined in § 129-3, must apply for and receive a permit from the Town Recreation Commission on behalf of the Commissioners before holding any activity.
B.
The Town Recreation Commission, on behalf of the Commissioners,
shall issue a permit for any extended activity.
C.
A regularly scheduled athletic competition previously
approved by the Town Recreation Commission which commences at a time prior
to sunset may continue past public closing time (30 minutes after sunset)
without the necessity of obtaining a permit.

Any person or organization violating the provisions of this article
shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a municipal infraction.
