It shall be unlawful for any person to ride, propel, push or otherwise use a skateboard, in-line skates, roller skates or other skating equipment on any public street, sidewalk, alley or public parking facility of the town and in any park except Martin Sutton Memorial Park.

It shall be unlawful for anyone to ride, propel, push or otherwise use a skateboard, in-line skates, roller skates or other skating equipment in Martin Sutton Memorial Park except in that portion of the park that has been specifically designated for skateboard use.
A. 
Violation of this article shall constitute a municipal infraction. A judgment of guilty entered against any person twice or more frequently within any period of 365 days shall result in suspension of the violator's privilege to use the Martin Sutton Memorial Park skateboard facility.
B. 
Use of the Martin Sutton Memorial Park skateboard facility by any person whose privilege to do so has been suspended shall constitute a misdemeanor.
