The Commissioners of Ridgely are authorized to adopt rules relating
to the use of the skateboard facility at Martin Sutton Memorial Park (the
"park").
Any rules so adopted shall be prominently displayed at the park.
Violation of any rule so adopted will constitute a municipal infraction.
Violation of such rules twice or more frequently within any period of 365
days shall result in suspension of the violator's privilege to use the
Martin Sutton Memorial Park skateboard facility.
