On both sides of Central Avenue, between Route
480 and Railroad Street, no person shall install, use or allow the
continued existence of any outside public pay phone.
Nothing applies to inside public pay phones
in the affected area or to outside public pay phones anywhere else
in the Town limits of Ridgely.
Any person who disobeys any term of this article
is guilty of a municipal infraction.
