This chapter shall be enforced by the Police Department, the
various license authorities and such City officials as are responsible
for the enforcement of applicable regulations.
A.
Any person who violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter, or any person who participates or assists in the commission of any violation of this chapter, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to such penalties as are provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, § 1-15. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
B.
Such penalty shall be in addition to the revocation or suspension
of any license or permit in connection with said violations, and conviction
and imposition of a penalty shall in no way excuse a violation or
permit it to continue.
