A.
The requirements of this chapter shall be enforced by the Township Engineer or the Soil Conservation District, acting as the Township agents, who shall inspect or require adequate inspection of the work. If the Township Engineer or Soil Conservation District finds existing conditions not as stated in the applicant's erosion and sediment control plan, he may refuse to approve further work and may require necessary erosion and sediment control measures to be promptly installed and may seek other penalties as provided in § 251-12.
B.
The applicant shall have the certified plan on the site
during all phases of construction.
