A.
No land shall be disturbed by any person, partnership,
corporation or public agency until such time as a plan for erosion and sediment
control in accordance with the Standards for Soil Erosion and Sediment Control
in New Jersey promulgated by the State Soil Conservation Committee has been
approved and a valid land disturbance permit has been issued by the Construction
Official.
B.
No subdivision, site plan, special exception, zoning
variance, planned unit development or building permit shall be approved unless
it includes a soil erosion and sediment control plan in accordance with the
provisions of this chapter.
