Borough of Maywood, NJ Article II Raffles

§ 127-3 Conduct of games on sunday authorized.

Licenses issued by the Borough of Maywood for the holding, operating and conducting of games of chance commonly known as "raffles," pursuant to the provisions of the Raffles Licensing Law, N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et seq., may provide for the conduct of such games of chance on the first day of the week, commonly known and designated as "Sunday."

§ 127-4 Filing a copy with state.

The Borough Clerk shall file a copy of this article with the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission in the Department of Law and Public Safety within 10 days after adoption hereof.
