It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person or persons to make or participate in the making of any riot, noise, disturbance or disorderly assembly in any street, house or place within the township limits of the Township of East Bradford or to appear or be on any public street, place or alley under the influence of intoxicating liquors or to engage in the use of any profane or indecent language on any public street, place or alley within the township limits of the Township of East Bradford.
It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person or persons, to the number of three or more, to assemble in any public street, place or alley within the township limits of the Township of East Bradford and engage in loud, boisterous or unseemly language or to refuse to disburse themselves immediately after having been called upon to do so by any police officer of the township.
It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person or persons to solicit for immoral purposes in any public street, place or alley or to engage or be engaged in prostitution or to be guilty of lewdness or to willfully or improperly expose his or her person in any public place.
It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person or persons to post any written or printed handbills of an indecent or immoral character on any fence, building, tree or other place, in any of the streets or alleys of the township, or to paint, write or draw, or in any other manner make any writing, drawing or figures of like indecent or immoral character, with paint, chalk or other substance on any fence, building, tree or other place as above, so as to cause the same to have an indecent or immoral character or appearance.
It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person or persons to throw, or in any manner project, any stone, club or other missile, refuse or rubbish in or upon any street or public alley of the township or to throw, or in any manner project, any stone, club or other missile, refuse or rubbish in or upon the privately owned property of any owner of real estate in the township without the consent of the owner thereof.
Any person violating or permitting the violation of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon being found liable therefor in a criminal enforcement proceeding, pay a fine of not more than $1,000 nor less than $25, together with court costs and reasonable attorneys fees,[1] and may be incarcerated for a period not exceeding 90 days. Such fine, costs, attorney fees and incarceration, after being reduced to a final, unappealed judgment, shall be enforced by the township pursuant to the applicable rules of criminal procedure. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate violation.

Editor's Note: Ordinance No. 2-1997 provided that "the term 'reasonable attorneys fees' shall mean all those attorneys fees incurred by the township in bringing an action to enforce the Code and collect fines and penalties in connection therewith and shall be at that hourly rate annually approved by the Board for the Township Solicitor."
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PERSON
Any natural person, corporation, partnership, joint venture, sole proprietorship, firm, association and any other entity of whatever type.
