A. 
Playing baseball, football, hockey, throwing any kind of ball or object, or playing any type of game on the public streets is prohibited.
B. 
Playing golf in public places as defined in this article is prohibited. For purposes of this article, the term "playing golf" shall be given its common usage and shall include but not be limited to striking a golf ball with any implement and/or propelling a golf ball with muscular force.
C. 
Nothing in this article shall prevent the Borough from designating by way of posted signs certain public places as exempt from this article for such duration and such purposes as the Borough may deem appropriate.

Anyone violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties set forth in Chapter 1, Article III, Penalty, of the Borough of Stone Harbor Code, with a minimum fine of $30.
