The operator of a vehicle shall not drive within any sidewalk area except at a permanent or temporary driveway, nor shall any person park a vehicle at any place between the curb line and property line of any street.

A. 
In any privately owned parking area which is held open for parking to the public within the Township, the owner or a person in control or possession thereof may, by the erection of appropriate signs, reserve or restrict certain parking spaces or areas.
B. 
The signs to be posted must be an approved sign and meet PennDOT requirements. The signs shall be erected in compliance with PennDOT guidelines.
C. 
Prior to any enforcement of the parking restrictions posted on private property, the owner or the person in control or possession shall notify, in writing, the Chief of Police or equivalent official requesting enforcement of the parking restrictions. The notice shall state the type of restriction(s) and location of signs. The notice shall also grant permission to the Police Department to enforce the restrictions upon the private property. The Chief of Police or equivalent official or their designee shall view the signs erected to ensure the compliance of PennDOT requirements. If all posting of signs is found to be in compliance, the Chief of Police or equivalent official shall authorize enforcement of the parking restriction(s).

D. 
The owner of the property or the person in control or possession shall, in writing, annually update the request for enforcement with the Chief of Police or equivalent official. All such notifications shall be kept on file with the Police Department.

E. 
Enforcement of the parking restrictions shall be in compliance with § 209-8 of this Code. Violations and fines shall be in accordance with § 209-9.

No person shall operate any vehicle, including but not limited to commercial vehicles, trucks, tractors, truck-tractors, trailers or semitrailers, upon any street or portion thereof where such operation is restricted or prohibited upon any street or portion thereof designated as such in Schedule XI: Closing of Certain Streets to Certain Vehicles (§ 209-60).
A. 
No operator of a motor vehicle shall operate such vehicle so that mud and dirt become deposited and strewn upon and about the streets or roads of the Township.
B. 
Any operator of a motor vehicle which has caused the streets or roads of the Township to be strewn and littered with mud or dirt from the wheels thereof shall be charged with a violation of Subsection A and shall cause such mud or dirt to be removed from such streets or roads after a notice to do so is issued by a police officer or Code Enforcement Officer of the Township.

C. 
Any operator or owner of a motor vehicle who has unlawfully caused the streets or roads of the Township to be strewn or littered with mud or dirt and who has refused to remove the same as required in Subsection B shall be ordered to cease and desist from further tracking and depositing of mud and shall reimburse the Township for the cost of any required removal of the mud or dirt.

A. 
No person shall operate a motor vehicle or bicycle on any highway in the Township which may be closed for repairs, resurfacing or for any other reason, including the protection and safety of the motorist, and such closing shall be indicated by the erection of barricades or other protective devices.
B. 
Whenever a highway in the Township is closed for any of the reasons provided herein and a barricade or protective device is erected in connection therewith, no person shall fail to observe the same or destroy such barricade or protective device by driving around or moving the same in any manner whatsoever.
No vehicle shall be displayed or advertised for sale while parked or stored upon any street.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any street for the principal purpose of offering for sale or selling therefrom any goods, wares or merchandise.

No gasoline-powered or diesel-powered motor vehicle shall be operated using, as part of the operation, an engine brake retarder without exhaust mufflers or with defective or modified exhaust mufflers upon any street or portion thereof where such operation is restricted or prohibited upon any street or portion thereof designated as such in Schedule XIX: Engine Brake Retarders Prohibited (§ 209-68).
