Extensions of the existing sanitary sewer system
and connections thereto shall be controlled by the rules and regulations
promulgated by Gannett Fleming Corddry and Carpenter, Inc., in a document
entitled "Standard Construction and Material Specifications for Sanitary
Sewer Extensions, Force Mains, Ejector and Pumping Stations," dated
1996. The aforesaid document is incorporated herein as though written
out in its entirety and a copy of the same is attached to this article.[1]
