[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Meeting of the Town of

Pursuant to Section 126.8 of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts State
Building Code promulgated under the authority of Chapter 802 of the Acts of
1972, there is hereby established in the Town of Eastham a Building Code Board
of Appeals for the purpose of hearing appeals pertaining to the Town Building
Inspector's actions under the State Building Code.
The Board to consist of five members appointed by the Selectmen, one
member to be appointed for five years, one member for four years, one member
for three years, one member for two years and one member to serve for one
year, and thereafter each new member is to serve for five years or until a
successor has been appointed.
