Editor's Note: So in original; said section was repealed 4-10-2018 by Ord. No. 371.
The boundaries of the said districts shall be shown upon the Zoning Map or be a part of the Zoning Map as set forth in Article XIII, Floodplain Management. The Zoning Map shall be kept on file at the office of Township of Chartiers and shall be available for public examination at such office during the hours it is open for business, except that such Zoning Map may be removed from such office for any reasonable purpose upon the order of the Supervisors, or the Board, or upon the joint order of their respective Chairmen.
The boundaries between districts are, unless otherwise indicated, on either the center line of streets, roads, alleys or railroad rights-of-way or such lines extended or lines parallel thereto or on the side or rear lines of lots or unsubdivided acreage. Where figures are shown on the Zoning Map between a street, road, alley or railroad right-of-way and a district boundary line, they indicate that the district boundary line runs parallel to the street, road, alley or railroad right-of-way line at a distance therefrom equivalent to the number of feet so indicated.
Any alteration of a zoning district boundary line, except in cases of disputes concerning the location of a zoning district boundary line where a relocation of such line is ordered by the Board in cases of appeal, shall be so changed on the Official Zoning Map.
