[Adopted 3-17-1994 by L.L. No. 2-1994]
Notwithstanding the adoption of the Uniform Delinquent Tax Enforcement Act, Article 11, Real Property Tax Law, pursuant to Chapter 602 of the Laws of 1993, the collection of real property taxes in the City of Canandaigua shall continue to be enforced pursuant to the Charter of the City of Canandaigua as such Charter may from time to time be amended.
This article shall take effect upon its filing
with the Secretary of State and the State Board of Equalization and
Assessment.
