A.
The Town Clerk is hereby authorized to accept all
fees that are not already designated to be provided or paid to any
other Town officer or employee pursuant to the Code of the Town of
Stony Point, New York.
B.
This right to collect fees shall apply to all matters
or situations currently in existence or which arise through future
action of the Town Board regarding local laws, rules or regulations
or other amendments to the Town Code, including any civil compromise.
C.
The Town Clerk shall be the permit authority designated for the purposes of issuing permits permitted pursuant to laws of the State of New York at Penal Law §§ 270.10, 400.05, 480.20 and 480.25, as well as all provisions of the Town Code at Chapters 105, 121, 132, 153, 155 and 159, and to issue such other and further permits and be such a permit authority as subsequently determined by the Town Board by resolution or otherwise pursuant to law.
D.
The Town Clerk shall also be authorized to collect
all fees concerning violations of the laws of the Town Code, Town
Law or other laws of the State of New York permitted by law to be
collected but are not heretofore designated to be collected by any
Town official or employee.
