A.
Those residents of Stony Point who are in good standing
and actively serve as volunteers in any one of the following organizations
are granted, effective the date of enactment of this article, ten-percent
discount for specific municipal fees charged by the Town of Stony
Point: Wayne Hose Fire Company, Stony Point Ambulance Corps and Stony
Point Auxiliary Police.
B.
This discount is offered to full-time employees of
the Town of Stony Point who serve in the above-named organizations.
C.
This ten-percent discount is applicable to the following
municipal fees: resident golf card for Patriot Hills Golf Club, Stony
Point day camp, Stony Point recreation program, Stony Point boat launching
permit for Judge Clark Park, Stony Point municipal pool and swimming
lessons.
D.
This discount is offered as a family discount and
not individual discounts for multiple registrations.
E.
In order to receive this discount, the volunteer member
must be present with the organization's official identification documentation
designating said individual as a volunteer member of the eligible
organization at the time of registration.
