The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138 or any other New Jersey statutes or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I (§ 694-30), attached to and made a part of this Part 1.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule II (§ 694-31) of any day, except Sundays and public holidays, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule II, attached to and made a part of this Part 1.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule III (§ 694-32), attached to and made a part of this Part 1.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule IV (§ 694-33) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule IV of any day, except Sundays and public holidays, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV, attached to and made a part of this Part 1.
No person shall park any vehicle on any street for the purposes of:
A. 
Displaying said vehicle for sale.
B. 
Cleaning, waxing or greasing said vehicle.
C. 
Repairing said vehicle, except for reasons of emergency.

No person shall park a vehicle at any time other than at a ninety-degree angle, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 694-34), attached to and made a part of this Part 1.
