Vehicles over four tons' gross weight are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIX (§ 694-48), attached to and made a part of this Part 1, except for the pickup or delivery of goods, materials or freight on such streets or except where considered to be a preexisting nonconforming use in the zone and would remain as such.
