A.
Penalties. Unless another penalty is expressly provided
by New Jersey statute and except as otherwise provided herein, every
person convicted of a violation of a provision of this Part 1 or any
supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50
or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
B.
No-parking zone. Any person parking a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I (§ 694-30), attached to and made a part of this Part 1, shall be subject, upon conviction, to a fine of not less than $20 and not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
C.
No parking after hours. Any person parking a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule II (§ 694-31) of any day, except Sundays and public holidays, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule II, attached to and made a part of this Part 1, shall be subject, upon conviction, to a fine of not less than $20 and not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
D.
Overtime parking. Any person parking a vehicle for longer than the time limits shown in Schedule IV (§ 694-33) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule IV of any day, except Sundays and public holidays, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV, attached to and made a part of this Part I, shall be subject, upon conviction, to a fine of not less than $10 and not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.

In addition to the penalties contained in § 694-28 above, any unattended vehicle parked on the south side of Cherry Street between Howard Street and State Street in the City of Vineland shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation of travel in the vicinity of Newcomb Hospital, and any City of Vineland police officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle and the storage thereof. The owner shall pay the reasonable cost of removal before regaining possession of the vehicle.
