Speed limits for both directions of traffic
along roadways within the Vineland High School Complex shall be established
as follows:
A.
Twenty miles per hour along the roadway from Brewster
Road East to the roadway abutting the west side of the northwest parking
area within the Vineland High School Complex.
B.
Fifteen miles per hour on all other roadways of the
Vineland High School Complex, for directions of traffic as shown on
a plan entitled "Vineland High School, Existing Parking and Traffic
Pattern, Dated March 26, 1976," said plan being on file in the office
of the Clerk of the City of Vineland.
The roadways or parts thereof within the Vineland
High School Complex are hereby designated as one-way streets in the
direction indicated on a plan entitled "Vineland High School, Existing
Parking and Traffic Pattern, Dated March 26, 1976," said plan being
on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Vineland.
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected
and maintained to effect the above-designated speed limits and one-way
streets as authorized by the Department of Transportation.
