[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the
Town of Binghamton 7-10-1979 by L.L. No. 3-1979 (Ch. 31 of the 1969
Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
The purpose of this chapter is to control and
promote the orderly use of Town property and to prohibit loitering
on and vandalism and destruction of Town property.
This chapter shall apply to all Town properties.
It shall be unlawful for any person not on official
business or without a written permit or consent to be on any Town
property between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. or at any time
on weekends or holidays. The only exception to the provisions relating
to weekends and holidays shall be the Town Park.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter
shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $250 or imprisonment for
not more than 15 days, or both, for each offense.
