The salary of the Planning Board Solicitor shall
be $15,000 per year. The salary shall be paid in lieu of any and all
other legal fees for those duties and responsibilities required in
accordance with the bylaws of the Planning Board, including but not
limited to attendance at all Board and committee meetings, correspondence
and meetings with the Planning staff, and providing legal opinions
as requested by the Planning Board and City Planner. In addition thereto,
the Solicitor shall be paid as follows:

The salary of the Zoning Board of Adjustment
Solicitor shall be $15,000 per year. This salary shall be paid in
lieu of any and all other legal fees for those duties and responsibilities
required in accordance with the bylaws of the Zoning Board of Adjustment,
including but not limited to attendance at all Board and committee
meetings, correspondence and meetings with the Planning staff and
Zoning Officer, and providing legal opinions as requested by the Zoning
Board of Adjustment, City Planner and Zoning Officer. In addition
thereto, the Solicitor shall be paid as follows:
