The Director of the Civil Defense shall be appointed by the
Mayor and shall have direct responsibility for the organization, administration
and operation of the civil defense organization for the Town of Greenfield.
In all other respects, all civil defense powers shall conform
to Chapter 639 of the Acts of 1950 and/or Special Law Chapter 31.
