[Adopted 6-14-1994 by L.L. No. 3-1994]
Pursuant to c. 602 of the Laws of 1993, the
collection of taxes in the City of Norwich shall continue to be enforced
pursuant to the City of Norwich Charter which authorized, prior to
January 1, 1993, the City of Norwich to enforce the collection of
delinquent taxes in accordance with said Charter.[2]
The City Clerk is hereby directed to file a
copy of this article with the State Board no later than August 1,
1994.
