A. 
Applications for zoning.
(1) 
Appeals (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70a): $150.
(2) 
Interpretation (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70b):

Hardship variance (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70c): $250.
(4) 
Use variance (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70d): $250 plus the applicable subdivision and/or site plan application fees and escrow deposits where subdivision and site plan approvals are requested.
(5) 
Bulk variance: $250 plus the applicable subdivision and or site plan application fees and escrow deposits where subdivision and site plan approvals are requested.
(6) 
Residential and conditional variance: $250.
(7) 
Variance for commercial property: $500.
(8) 
Escrow fee: $150.
(9) 
Permit (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-34 and 55D-35): $150.
B. 
Zoning permit and certificate of zoning compliance (nonrefundable).
(1) 
Twenty-five dollars per dwelling unit for each zoning permit application for residential uses.
(2) 
Thirty dollars per dwelling unit for each certificate of compliance for residential uses.
(3) 
Resolution fee: $50.
(4) 
Fifty dollars per 1,000 square feet of gross floor area for each permit and certificate for nonresidential uses (minimum fee $50)
(5) 
For signs not approved as part of a site plan, the fee shall be $0.50 per square foot of sign area for each sign permit and each sign certificate (minimum fee: $40 per sign). There shall be no separate sign fee for that signage approved as part of site plan approval.
C. 
Upon the written request of an applicant, the administrative officer shall, within seven days, make and certify from the current tax duplicates a list of the names of owners to whom the applicant is required to give notice pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12(b). In addition, the administrative officer shall include on the list of names, addresses, and positions of those persons who, not less than seven days prior to the date of the applicant requested the list, have registered to receive notice pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12(h). The applicant shall be entitled to rely upon the information contained in such list, and failure to give notice to any owner or to any public entity, cable television company or local utility not on the list shall not invalidate any hearing or proceeding. The fee for said list shall be $10 or $0.50 per name, whichever is greater.
D. 
The applicant shall be required to public action taken by the Board. The applicant will be responsible for the actual cost for publication of the decision made by the Board.

For publication, the applicant will be responsible for the charge of the application.
C. 
The cost for interpretation of the Zoning Map will be determined by the incurred costs.
D. 
The fee for an informal review concept plan shall be $25.
