There is hereby created the position of Search
Officer for Municipal Improvements in and for the Borough of Newfield.

Said Search Officer shall be and is hereby designated
and authorized to make and conduct searches and to issue search certificates
concerning the amount of assessment and the amount due and owing,
if any, concerning said municipal improvements, including water assessments
and curb assessments.

The Tax Collector of the Borough of Newfield
is hereby designated and appointed as the Search Officer for Municipal
Improvements, and he is hereby authorized to perform all the duties
and functions of the said Search Officer aforesaid.
