The Youth Board shall be comprised of the number of members
set forth in the state Executive Law and the Rules of the State Division
for Youth, such members to be appointed by the Mayor.
The specific powers and duties of the Youth Board shall include:
Serving in an advisory capacity to the Youth Bureau Director
and the Mayor in regard to youth needs in the City.
Serving the Youth Bureau pursuant to provisions of the Regulations
of the State Division for Youth.
