Joint Action Emergency Government Ordinance No. 67 of the Board of Supervisors of Marathon County, providing for a County/Village joint action civil defense plan of organization, was adopted by said County Board on the 24th day of May 1977. A copy of County Ordinance No. 67 is attached hereto and made part hereof by reference and is hereby ratified and accepted between the Village of Stratford and County of Marathon, as provided by Section 3 of said joint action ordinance.[1]

Original Sec. 2 of this ordinance, which immediately followed this section and designated the Emergency Government Director for the Village, was deleted at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art.
