A.
No person
shall possess open alcohol containers on public property, public streets
or private property not his/her own without invitation.
B.
No person,
while being under the influence of alcohol, shall loiter or assemble
on the public streets, public property, or on private property not
his/her own.
Any block party which has received Township permission to close
the street shall be exempt from the provisions of this article.
Any person who violates any provision of this article, shall be subject to the provisions as set forth § 1-7, General penalty, of the Code of the Township of Livingston.
