There is hereby established, as an office within the City government,
the position of City Physician.
A.
The functions and duties of the City Physician shall be to perform,
or attend to the performance of, all medical functions required or
desired to be performed by or on behalf of the City, as may be prescribed
by state law or by the Council or the City Manager or any other City
official acting pursuant to authorization of the Council or the City
Manager.
B.
The term of office of the City Physician shall be one year.
