No person shall leave, dump, abandon, place or cause to be placed
any automobile body, chassis, wheel or any part of any automobile
upon any public dump situated in the City of West Haven.
No person shall leave, dump, abandon, place or cause to be placed
any automobile body, chassis, wheel or any part of any automobile
upon any private property, land or lot situated in the City of West
Haven without first receiving the written permission of the owner
or lessor of such land or lot to do so.
Every person violating the provisions of this chapter shall
be fined not to exceed $25 and each automobile so abandoned or left
shall be regarded as a separate and distinct offense.
