There is hereby established the position of Chief Financial
Officer, who shall be a certified municipal finance officer in accordance
with N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.1 et seq. and shall carry out the responsibilities
as set forth in N.J.S.A. 52:27BB-26 et seq.
