Pine Street in the Borough of Towanda from Main Street east
to the Susquehanna River shall be a one-way street with travel of
vehicles on the same limited to movements in an easterly direction.
The Borough Manager shall cause signs to be erected at each
end of the streets and at the entrance to the parking lot clearly
indicating the direction in which vehicles are permitted to travel
and shall cause the parking meters and marking indicating the location
for parked cars to be changed so that they can be used by vehicles
traveling in the proper direction.

Upon conviction before a Magisterial District Judge having jurisdiction
over the Borough, any person, natural or artificial, who violates
any provision of this article relating to parking shall be guilty
of a summary offense and be sentenced to pay a fine of $15 plus costs
of prosecution for each offense and, in default of payment thereof,
shall undergo imprisonment in the Bradford County Prison for a period
determined under the provisions of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle
Code. If, within 48 hours following the placement of an appropriate
notice on a vehicle parked in violation of this article, the form
of which notice shall be prescribed by the Mayor of the Borough, any
person shall remit to the Borough the sum of $15 as a penalty in lieu
of fines and costs as authorized by the Motor Vehicle Code, such person
shall not be prosecuted before the Magisterial District Judge for
any parking violation under this article.

No operator of a vehicle shall exit the municipal public parking
area located between State Street and Park Street in the Borough of
Towanda, Pennsylvania, onto said Park Street; however, operators of
vehicles may enter said municipal public parking lot from said Park
Street.
