A.
Unless other penalties are provided, any person, firm or corporation
violating any section of this article shall be fined in an amount
not to exceed $100 for the first offense; an amount not to exceed
$250 for the second offense; an amount not to exceed $500 for the
third offense; and an amount not to exceed $750 for any subsequent
offense.
B.
This article is hereby enacted pursuant to the provision of Chapter
1028 of the Laws of 1974 and the provisions of the Municipal Home
Rule Law of the State of New York.
