A.
No person shall be present within the Clinton Square Park between
the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. except for City employees on
official business or except when permission is specifically granted,
in writing, by the City Manager. No person shall operate or park a
motorized vehicle within Clinton Square Park at any time except when
permission is granted, in writing, by the City Manager.

B.
For the purpose of this section only, "Clinton Square Park" shall
be deemed to mean the area between and bounded on the south by Third
Street, on the east by Bush Avenue, on the north by Bush Avenue and
on the west by Fullerton Avenue in the City of Newburgh.
