GENERAL REFERENCES

Any retail establishment with hours of operation during any
period of time between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. shall be equipped
with a television monitoring and recording system approved by the
Lindenwold Borough Police Department.
The Lindenwold Borough Police Department shall develop standards
and requirements for such systems and shall develop an application/permit
system to enforce the provision of this article.
The Chief of Police is empowered to issue waivers from this
article in the appropriate circumstances.
