A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation to store or allow to gather or to maintain or collect on any premises within the Borough of Lindenwold any junk, debris, trash, waste materials or other articles, including motor vehicles of every type and description deemed to be unsightly, objectionable or which tend to detract from the aesthetic appearance of the surrounding area.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation to store or allow to gather or to maintain or collect on any premises within the Borough of Lindenwold any junk, debris, trash, motor vehicles of every type, or waste materials of any description deemed to be safety or health hazards or which constitute an attractive nuisance to children as defined by the court decisions of the State of New Jersey.

Any member of the Lindenwold Police Department or the Director of Public Safety shall be required to enforce this article.
If in the discretion of the enforcing public officer the violator genuinely intends to abate the condition existing on his premises which violates the intent of this article, such officer may grant the violator an extension of 10 days in which to clean the premises so involved. This extension shall be given in writing, setting forth the termination date.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties as set forth in Chapter 1, § 1-1, of this Code. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such under this article.
