On and after January 1, 2012, salaries and wages for Commissioners, appointed officials, and professional services provided on an annual retainer basis shall be as herein provided:
Commissioners
Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7: $343.75 per month
Township Solicitor
$700 per month to cover such services allowed for annual retainer fees
Solicitor, Zoning Hearing Board
$350 per month to cover such services allowed for annual retainer fees
Engineer
$350 per month to cover such services allowed for annual fees in the schedule of rates for engineering services
Members of Planning Commission and Zoning Hearing Board
$40 per meeting attended
Site meeting: $25
Additional meeting: $40
Township Secretary
$2,211.54 biweekly
Police Chief
$3,076.92 biweekly
Public Works Manager
$2,500 biweekly
Building Inspector
$2,038.46 biweekly
Treasurer
$500 per month
School Guards
$7.45 per hour
Animal Control Agent
$300 per month to cover such services allowed for annual retainer fees

Full time employees are entitled to vacation, holidays and sick leave as follows:

1. 
Holidays Off. New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Flag Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanks-giving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, employee's birthday, and two personal days. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be deemed the holiday for the purpose of taking off work. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday shall be deemed the holiday for the purpose of taking off work.
2. 
Sick Leave.
A. 
After one year, 10 working days in any one calendar year.
B. 
Three consecutive working days without doctor's certificate; four working days or more, doctor's certification required.
For additional terms and conditions concerning vacations, holidays, sick leave and sick days, reference is made to the Township and Service Personnel and Employees of the Dairy Industry, Teamsters Local Union, No. 205 of White Oak, Pennsylvania 1995-1996-1997-1998 agreement, dated January 1, 1995, and the Township and Service Personnel and Employees of the Dairy Industry, Teamsters Local Union No. 205 of White Oak, Pennsylvania 1994-1995-1996 agreement, dated January 1, 1994, which are incorporated herein by reference thereto.

The Board of Commissioners of Elizabeth Township hereby establishes the annual compensation of the Township Treasurer/Tax Collector pursuant to § 5511.34 of the Local Tax Collection Law in the amount of $6,000 per year effective January 1, 2006.
