Editor's Note: This resolution superseded former Art. VII,
Homestead Property Tax, adopted 10-28-1991 by Res. No. 91-93.
The County Commissioners of Charles County, Maryland, on this
eighth day of December 1992, do hereby resolve to establish the homestead
property tax credit percentage at 105% for the purpose of local property
taxation beginning July 1, 1993.
